What this table is
We find a local trade business. We build them a complete website before they ask — four pages, their real details, taken from public information such as their listing, their opening hours and the services they advertise. We put it online with a watermark and send them the link.
Then it is theirs to judge. If they want it, they pay. If they do not, it comes down after seven days and that is the end of it. There is no deposit to look and no obligation created by looking.
Why we show the record first
A studio can say anything about how fast or how good it is. A ledger cannot. The rows above are the whole history of this business: what was built, where, when, and where each one now stands. The State column moves on its own terms — built, sent, expired or sold — and the table follows the records, not our wishes. The record is the argument; this writing only annotates it.
Nothing here has been bought yet. There are no testimonials, case studies or client logos, because a sale has not happened — when one does, the State column will say sold. We would rather show you an honest ledger than a decorated one.
The offer, in one line
